Prophet Uebert Angel on Bushiri

United Kingdom based Good News Church leader Prophet Uebert Angel has announced his offer of support to his spiritual Prophet Shepherd Bushiri.

The controversial Bushiri and his wife Mary were arrested on Friday over charges of tax evasion and money laundering. In a message announcing his journey to South Africa Angel said:

Dear South Africa. Tomorrow I will be with you for the Diplomatic Service tomorrow at Pretoria Showgrounds.  I have already begun the preparations. I want you to join me in PRAYER and FASTING starting at 00:00 CAT until 13:00 in the afternoon tomorrow.  I cannot wait to minister to you and show that God is still speaking today! Angel further condemned what he called an African culture of persecuting rich people.

Prophet Uebert Angel says Jesus is not a Christian.

Controversial Zimbabwean prophet, Uebert Angel of Good News Ministries says Jesus is not a Christian. “A Christian is a FOLLOWER of Christ. Our Lord Jesus Christ is not trying to be HIMSELF. He is CHRIST and we who receive him by his indwelling are CHRISTIANS and the moment the word impregnates our SPIRIT, Christianity becomes JESUS CHRIST expressing himself through us!” he posted on Instagram.

He further clarified on the primary goal of his post, saying it was not intended to ascertain on whether a Christian is like Christ or not.

“Let me ADD: the point of this post was not to argue whether Christian is not like Christ but whether Christ is a Christian or not! “As he is so are we in this world” The entrance of his word makes us the expression of Christ.

“The word in us by the baptism of the Holy Spirit makes us Christ Like. That doesn’t mean Christ is a Christian and mind you the word Christian is mentioned only twice in the Bible Acts 26:28 and 1 Peter 4:16 In Acts by pagans and Peter as a reference to suffering”.

Prophet Uebert Angel is one of the most followed self-acclaimed men of God in Africa. He founded his ministry in 2006 and has churches all over the world. He is regarded to be Prophet Shepherd Bushiri’s spiritual father, and the two are often seen together.

Never has the power of God been demonstrated in this fashion in Jalandhar or in Punjab, India. As if the conversion of over 7000 Sikhs and Hindus to Christianity on the first day of the “Fire and Prophecy Conference” was not enough, we also watched a wide range of miracles were demonstrated to the crowds that have joined this conference. Notwithstanding the flawless way in which the Good News was preached by Prophet Uebert Angel, the demonstration of the power of God was so magnificent that it moved hundreds to an acceptance of Jesus Christ.

As the Bible states in Corinthians 4:20: “For the Kingdom of God is not in word, but power”. And true to that word, power was demonstrated and the people of India witnessed it. There was a moment when Prophet Angel asked people who are not Christians, particularly those who did not believe in Christ, to stand up. Then he said: “Let’s make a deal. If I tell you the secrets of your heart and things that are only a secret to you then you have to receive Jesus as your savior and adore him only.”

He did not stop there, Prophet Angel went on to declare that once you accept the Lord Jesus Christ that any disease they have will be healed. All those who stood up pretty much were confident that he would now know anything about them. They said to Prophet Angel: “You will not know anything about me but if your Jesus tells you any of my deep secrets, then I will know for sure that this Christ you are talking about is indeed God.” Never has India seen such a demonstration of power. Prophet Angel went on to reveal their secrets. He swam deep into their secrets and revealed the diseases they had, children they had and names of each child and he detailed their job description. To some, he even gave names of other children they had and their locations and others even went to say what was in their pockets

Prophet Uebert Angel preached and demonstrated the glorious power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ with miracles and wonders. Day 2 and day 3 of “The Fire Prophecy Conference” ended with the doubters all shouting “Jesus, Jesus, I now believe in Jesus.”

The BBC called him 'young and charismatic whilst Forbes magazine said Angel "is one of those making multimillion-dollar fortunes, these do not inherit riches they make them on their own.” Uebert Angel also is a motivational speaker carrying out numerous motivational and educational seminars around America, England, Canada, and Africa.

Prophet Uebert Angel has donated half a million US dollars into unaware charities in Southern Africa.  The world was alerted after one of the receivers, Apostle Paul of Miracle Word Embassy, commented on his Facebook page said, “We have just been surprised by a donation of US$100 000 from Uebert Angel. We are speechless."

Apostle Paul confirmed that they had received $100 000 which has been strictly required to be used for charity. "We are grateful to have been selected", said one of the administrative officials representing the philanthropist Prophet Uebert Angel. “He just informed us that we are one of the five charities receiving this figure or more. That's all he said and we are really excited", said the leader of Miracle Word Embassy.

"We have a number of charities ourselves that we run as a ministry and we will channel these funds into our feeding programs, the construction of homes for the widows and deprived members in our communities and all the other works that we do", he added.

Uebert Angel kick-started this massive Africa charity drive in Botswana, and its believed it will expand into other Southern African countries including Zimbabwe and Mozambique.Prophet Uebert Angel wants to increase his philanthropy around the world and he has opened up to fund charities outside his own string of charities. However, efforts to get comments from Uebert Angel, who is based in the United Kingdom, were fruitless as he could not be reached for comment.

He is a philanthropist through his "Free Earth" charitable movement, created to provide basic living needs to underprivileged people on the continent of Africa and to lobby for policy change, and creation that would lead to the provision of basic needs to every person.  He is currently planning the construction of major landmark buildings in the UK and across the globe, as well as raising up new entrepreneurs, and helping those in need.  Uebert Angel is committed to the empowerment and betterment of people's lives and communities.

The truth of  Romans 14:7 is that every act of our lives affects others for good or evil, whether you like it or not.
